You can get to the building through the main entrance – we will send you a 4-digit entry code in a text message, or through the underground car park – if it has been booked.

The apartments are located in two wings of the building. Numbers 15A and 15B are located in a small staircase on the right side immediately after entering, and the other apartments are located in a large staircase located directly in front from the entrance.


Our apartments are organized in the system of self check-in. This means that you can check into the apartment by yourself. On the day of your arrival, we will send you a message with the access code to the apartment. All you need to do is enter it using the keypad located on the front door handle and confirm with the # symbol.



On the day of departure, all you have to do is leave the apartment and make sure the door is locked. The code will be automatically deactivated at the end of your hotel night. If possible please inform us by text message (SMS) when you leave the Apartment. This will allow us to prepare the Apartment for the next Guests.

The building has a private car park requiring prior reservation as the number of places is limited. To take advantage of this opportunity, please contact us at: +48 518 965 355 preferably before making a reservation to confirm availability. The cost of booking a parking space is PLN 50 for stay.

  1. These Regulations define the rules for the provision of services, responsibility and stay of Guests in Apartio Rooms Gliwice Apartments and apply to all persons staying on the premises.
  2. The landlord of the apartments is KS Biznes Partner Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Pyskowice, ul. Gliwicka 20, operating under the Apartio Rooms Gliwice brand.
  3. The tenant is an adult guest of the apartment who has concluded a rental agreement with the landlord. The conclusion of the rental agreement takes place at the time of booking, payment of the advance or the entire amount due for the stay. The Regulations are an integral part of the Rental Agreement, and by making a reservation or payment, the Guest confirms that he has read these Regulations and accepts its terms.
  4. Minors can be guests of the apartment only in the company of adults who are their Parents or Legal Guardians.
  5. The Lessee, on the basis of the lease agreement concluded with the Lessor, has the apartment available on the days and hours specified in the agreement.
  6. Entrance to the apartment, on the day of arrival, takes place at the time agreed between the Lessee and the Lessor, but not earlier than at 15:00. Leaving the apartment on the day of departure takes place no later than 11 am. Each departure from these rules requires the consent of the Landlord.
  7. The request to extend or shorten the stay, beyond the period indicated in the reservation, should be reported by the Guest to the contact number of the Facility or via the booking portal through which the reservation was made.
  8. The Landlord reserves the right to refuse to shorten the stay indicated in the Guest’s reservation, if the Guest’s reservation concerns an offer without the possibility of free cancellation or if the request to shorten the stay was made when changes to the reservation were not possible due to the cancellation conditions contained in the Guest’s booking confirmation.
  9. If the reservation is not canceled within the time specified in the booking conditions or if the Guest does not arrive at the facility within the scheduled time, the Facility will charge the Guest with a fee in accordance with the conditions specified in the Guest’s reservation, with the proviso that if the Guest has made a reservation without the possibility of free cancellation, the Facility will charge the Guest for the entire booked stay.
  10. In the event of the Guest’s resignation from the stay during the hotel day, the Facility does not refund the fee for the given hotel day.
  11. Only registered persons may stay in the Facility during the entire rental period. The number of people must match the number stated when booking. Unregistered persons staying in the apartment will be considered as additional Tenants, which will result in charging additional fees in accordance with the price list below.
  12. The Landlord may refuse to accept a Guest who grossly violated these Regulations during the previous stay, in particular by causing damage to the property of the apartment or other Guests, damage to the Guest or employees of the Facility or other persons staying in the Facility.
  13. The Landlord may refuse to accept any other Guest who, in the opinion of the service, threatens the safety, health, life, image of other Guests, employees and the Facility (brand).
  14. In the event of a breach of the provisions of the Regulations, the Facility has the right to refuse to continue providing services to the Guest who violates them and remove from the premises of the Facility.
  15. The tenant is obliged to use the apartment in accordance with its intended purpose, only for accommodation purposes. The Lessee undertakes to take care of its technical condition.
  16. The tenant of the apartment will receive from the Landlord codes to enter the building and codes to the entrance door to the apartment. The Lessee undertakes not to disclose the codes to third parties. In the event of damage to the code lock/handle, the Lessee shall be charged with the cost of repair or replacement of the lock. It is not allowed for the Lessee to change the entry codes to the building/entrance door.
  17. The Lessee undertakes to close the apartment each time it is left during the rental period by slamming the door. The Lessee is responsible for all entrusted property and any damage caused by the Lessee and third parties in the apartment.
  18. Smoking, tobacco products and electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the apartment and in the common areas of the building. In case of breaking the regulations regarding smoking, the Facility has the right to charge the Guest with a penalty in accordance with the price list below.
  19. In the event that the Guest’s violation of the smoking ban triggers the fire alarm, which results in the intervention of the fire brigade, the Facility will impose a penalty on the Guest related to covering the costs of the fire brigade intervention, to which the Guest agrees.
  20. Unjustified activation of the fire alarm involves imposing a fine on the Guest in the amount shown in the price list below, and in the event of the intervention of the fire brigade, the Guest will be charged with additional costs related to the arrival of the fire brigade, to which the Guest agrees.
  21. It is not allowed to store dangerous goods in the apartment: weapons and ammunition, flammable, explosive, illumination and other materials considered dangerous.
  22. It is forbidden to conduct any service activity on the premises of the Facility, including in particular the provision of erotic services, all forms of solicitation and door-to-door sales.
  23. It is forbidden to stay with animals in the Apartment. Each violation of this prohibition will result in charging a penalty in accordance with the price list below.
  24. If breaking the ban on the presence of animals will cause additional consequences in the form of leaving animal excrements, hair, unpleasant smell or using the apartment’s equipment to come into contact with the animal (sleeping with the animal in bedding, using a towel, bowl, glass, etc.) or destroying furniture or other equipment , an additional penalty will be charged depending on the scale of damage or contamination.
  25. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. in the facility.
  26. Parties are not allowed in the apartments. Violation of the provisions of the Regulations in this respect may result in the imposition of a penalty in accordance with the price list below.
  27. It is forbidden to make excessive noise, cause unpleasant odors and other activities that disturb, harm or may be considered offensive or disruptive to the stay of other Guests.
  28. The Landlord reserves the right to collect a deposit from the Tenant to secure any damage, damage or lack of equipment. The deposit is refundable in full on the day of departure, if no damages/deficiencies/damages have been found or reduced by the equivalent of the damages/deficiencies/damages.
  29. The Landlord reserves the right to charge the Tenant an additional cleaning fee of PLN 300 in the event that the apartment is soiled beyond normal use (stains of body fluids, blood, vomit, dirt that is difficult to remove).
  30. The Landlord reserves the right to collect an additional fee from the Tenant in the event of excessive contamination of bed linen or towels by the Guest, which were used in a manner inconsistent with their intended use. The amount of the fee is charged by the Facility staff in accordance with the price list below.
  31. Using the space of the Apartment to take photos or recordings, e.g. for commercial or promotional purposes, requires the prior written consent of the Facility and the payment of additional remuneration for this.
  32. Guests are not allowed to make any changes to the Apartments and common areas of the building and their equipment.
  33. Issues related to the processing and protection of personal data are regulated in detail in the privacy policy of APARTIO ROOMS, the content of which is available from the Facility staff.
  34. The common parts, including the entrances to the building, are under video surveillance. Only the image (no sound) is recorded and saved. Data from video surveillance may be made available only to entities cooperating in the field of ensuring the safety of people and property, and to entities authorized under the law. Data recorded by surveillance cameras are stored for a period not exceeding 14 days from the date of recording, after which the data is automatically overwritten.
  35. Monitoring is carried out to ensure the safety of people and property located on the premises of the Facility – on the basis of legitimate interests pursued by the administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). Detailed information on the monitoring and the Guest’s rights in this regard is available from the Facility staff.
  36. Personal belongings left in the hotel room by the departing Guest will be sent to the address indicated by the Guest at his expense.
  37. In accordance with the Civil Code, if the Guest does not receive an instruction to send back the left items, the Facility will store the above items at the Owner’s expense for a period of 3 months, and after this period, these items will become the property of the Facility.
  38. Contractual penalties applicable in the event of violation of the rules of these regulations:
    a) organizing events/disrupting the night time – PLN 1,000
    b) smoking inside the apartment – PLN 200
    c) activation of the fire alarm – PLN 500
    d) staying in the apartment of unregistered persons – PLN 150/each unregistered person
    e) pets staying in the apartment – PLN 200
    f) excessive use of towels – PLN 30/piece. foot towel and a small one, PLN 50/pc. large towel (penalty also applies in case of theft)
    g) excessive use of bed linen – PLN 30/piece. pillowcase, PLN 50/pc. duvet cover or sheet, PLN 70/pc. bedspread (penalty also applies in case of theft)
    i) roof burglary – PLN 1000
    h) other events violating the regulations – PLN 200
